Welcome to St Stephen’s School
My name is Pete Mountstephen and I have been headteacher since April 2005.
There are many different reasons for visiting a school website and I hope that this one provides you with the information that you require. However, if you are considering sending your child (or children) to St Stephen’s, please can I suggest that you make a visit in person to get a feel for our school.
We are a large primary school but we aim to create a warm family atmosphere where every child is cared for and feels that they are known and valued for the distinctive individual that they are.
There is always so much going on and I hope that this site provides you with a feeling for the engagement and learning that buzzes around our school.
If you are already connected to St Stephen’s, I hope you know how welcome you are to play a dynamic part in the life of our school community. If you are new to us, I hope you feel a warm welcome to become part of the wide range of activities that we offer to create a sense of the fun of learning and growing up in this part of north Bath.
